Albers to take on an F-16 jet 

Spyker driver Christijan Albers will race his Formula One car against air force pilot Ralph Staal's F-16 fighter jet on Friday. The publicity event, labelled 'Full Throttle', has been organised by the Royal Netherlands Air Force to raise awareness of their recruitment programme. The event will take place at the Volkel air force base. No more details about the actual race were given. Spyker hold historical ties with the Royal Netherlands Air Force, as from 1915 the air force flew seven Farman F22 planes, built under licence by Spyker.
